Using O&B Arcade

These terms apply to O&B Arcade, an independently operated Discord bot for community games. Read them before playing. If you do not agree, do not use the bot. Discord’s terms, community rules and your server’s rules also apply.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country and other age requirements applicable to your use. Obtain a parent or guardian’s permission where local law requires it.

Game coins are not money

O&B Arcade is for entertainment. Coins are free game points with no cash value or redemption rights. The bot offers no coin purchases, cash withdrawals, player-to-player transfers or real-world prizes. Balances and leaderboards stay within each server.

Do not sell coins or accounts, exchange outcomes for money or valuable items, or use the bot for paid-entry contests, real-money wagers or prize schemes. Game wins do not entitle anyone to money, goods or services.

Keep play fair and friendly

• Use the normal commands and buttons. Do not automate clicks, exploit bugs, create accounts to evade reward limits or manipulate balances and results.
• Do not harass players, flood the service, bypass access controls or interfere with another server’s games.
• Do not request or share passwords, account tokens or private information. Report security issues privately through Support.
• Follow Discord and server rules. Server staff control access and may limit where the bot can be used.

Setup and game controls

Only an authorized server manager may configure the arcade channel. Game hosts and authorized staff have the controls shown by the bot, including cancellation. A cancelled or expired game follows its displayed rules; losing does not create a right to compensation.

The bot may refuse a channel move while games are unfinished. Finish them normally, or contact Support if the old channel is inaccessible. Do not delete saved data or start duplicate instances to force a different result.

Availability and changes

This is a community service. Maintenance, bugs, outages and changes to Discord or hosting can interrupt play. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanently retained progress or a particular outcome. Random outcomes can repeat and losses can occur.

We may update features and rules, correct errors, restore data after incidents or suspend access to protect the service and address abuse. We aim to communicate material changes and handle corrections fairly. These terms do not authorize selling player data or bypassing the Privacy Policy.

Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains saved information, public player lists and leaderboards, retention and your choices. Contact Support for help, issue reports and requests about your data. Never send a password, token or identity document.

You can stop playing at any time. Removing the bot or leaving a server does not automatically erase saved records; use the privacy request process if you want them deleted.

Your rights and updates

Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. O&B Arcade is not endorsed by Discord, and these terms do not replace Discord’s agreements with you.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear here, with additional notice where required. Contact Support with questions before continuing to use the bot.
