About O&B Arcade

This policy describes how the operator of O&B Arcade (we) handles information for the Discord bot and this policy website. O&B Arcade is an independent community project, not a Discord product. Contact the operator through the Support page.

Information the bot saves

Discord supplies information when you use a command, press a game button or configure a server. The bot saves:

• Discord user IDs and shortened display names or usernames for game profiles, player lists and leaderboards.
• Server and channel IDs, the chosen arcade channel, and the ID of the member who last changed its setup, with the change time.
• Game participants, brackets, rolls, cards or ticket state, bets, results, status and timestamps.
• Coin balances, reward claim times, game counts, win counts and coin changes. Balances and leaderboards are separate for each server.
• Interaction IDs and saved action results that prevent retries from paying or charging twice, plus game message IDs used to update and recover panels.

Information we do not ask for

The bot does not request your Discord password, account token, payment details or identity documents. It does not scan ordinary server conversations or private messages. It uses commands and buttons rather than privileged Message Content, Presence or Server Members Gateway intents.

Discord also supplies server, channel and permission information for operation and setup checks. The bot does not receive your IP address from Discord game interactions. Never include passwords or tokens in a support request.

How information is used

Records run the games you request, maintain balances and reward cooldowns, display results and leaderboards, restore games after interruptions, and reject duplicate or unauthorized actions. Limited operational logs help diagnose outages and permission problems.

We do not sell game data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train AI models. If you contact Support, we use your contact details and the information you provide to investigate and respond.

Who can see it

Tournament panels and names are visible to people with access to the game channel. Members using the server leaderboard can see listed display names and coin totals. Personal coin game panels are private Discord interaction responses, but their underlying data is still processed by Discord and stored by the bot.

The operator and authorized hosting administrators may access records for operation and support. Railway hosts the bot and database. Discord processes interactions and messages. OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure, including Cloudflare, host this website. Email providers process support email if you send one.

We may disclose information when required by law. We do not make the game database public. Discord and these providers also handle information under their own applicable privacy terms.

Storage and retention

Records are stored in a persistent database and private backups. The current bot does not automatically erase game history after a fixed number of days. Records support balances, game history, recovery and duplicate-action protection. An expired game is not a deleted record.

Leaving a server or removing the bot does not automatically erase saved data. Ask us to review, correct or delete your information. When records are no longer needed, or a valid deletion request applies, we will delete or anonymize them, subject to any retention required by law.

Requests also need to account for backup copies and public game panels. We will explain the scope and any limitations when responding. Deleted records must not return to ordinary use through a backup restore. We cannot erase other people’s screenshots or copies outside our control, and Discord handles its own records separately.

Your choices and requests

You can stop using the bot at any time. A server manager can change its channel or remove the app. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Support with your Discord user ID, the relevant server ID if known, and what you want us to do.

We may ask you to confirm control of the Discord account before disclosing or changing records. We will not ask for your password, token or government ID. Deletion can remove balances and saved progress.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights or a right to contact your local data protection authority. Contact us with questions, including concerns about information from someone below Discord’s minimum age.

Website visits and security

This website is for reading policies and finding support. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms or a connection to the live game database. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. Provider cookies and access controls are handled by those providers.

We restrict administrative access and use our hosting services’ security controls. No online service can promise complete security. Report suspected privacy or security problems privately, without posting sensitive details in a public channel.

Policy updates

We will update this page as our practices change and show the updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain permission. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
